Ingredients
- 6 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
- 10 oz pearl onions (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz mushrooms, halved
- 1 cup red wine
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
