Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- ¾ lb ground lamb
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ cup whole yogurt
- 2 tsp biryani spice blend (cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon)
- 3 tbsp ghee or clarified butter
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro and mint, chopped
