Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1.5 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tbsp beef stock concentrate (or 1 bouillon cube)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 cups instant mashed potatoes (dry flakes)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup whole milk or water
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, 5 minutes.

Stir in frozen peas and carrots, beef stock concentrate, Worcestershire sauce, and 0.5 cup water. Simmer 3 minutes.

While beef cooks, whisk mashed potato flakes, butter, and milk in a bowl until creamy. Fold in cheese.

Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the beef filling in the skillet, covering it completely.
