Ingredients
- 1 box (plus oil and water per package) brownie mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

Mix brownie batter per box instructions; divide in half between two 6-inch cake pans or small bowls lined with parchment.

Microwave each half 2 minutes until set but still moist. Cool for 3 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
