Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp butter, divided
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon and granulated sugar, mixed

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until melted and foamy, about 1 minute.

  2. 2

Add peaches and blackberries. Stir and cook for 2 minutes, breaking up large fruit pieces, until juices start pooling.

  3. 3

Mix flour, remaining 4 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces), and salt until crumbly. Scatter over fruit.

  4. 4

Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the topping. Cook uncovered for 6–7 minutes until edges bubble and top turns golden.

  5. 5

Serve warm straight from the skillet with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
