Ingredients

  • 6 sheets phyllo dough sheets
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a 12-cup muffin tin with melted butter.

    Layer two phyllo sheets into each cup, pressing down gently and letting edges flare out. Brush each layer with melted butter as you go.

    Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour custard into phyllo cups, filling each three-quarters full.

    Bake 10 minutes until custard is set at edges but still slightly jiggly in the center and phyllo edges are golden brown.

    Cool 2 minutes in the tin, then slide a thin knife around each cup and lift out onto a plate.
