Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough sheets
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush a 12-cup muffin tin with melted butter.

Layer two phyllo sheets into each cup, pressing down gently and letting edges flare out. Brush each layer with melted butter as you go.

Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour custard into phyllo cups, filling each three-quarters full.
