Ingredients

  • 1 package store-bought pound cake (8 oz, crumbled)
  • ½ cup frosting (any flavor, room temperature)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (rainbow or chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 12 count cake pop sticks or wooden skewers

Instructions

    Crumble the pound cake into a bowl until you have fine, uniform crumbs with no large chunks.

    Mix frosting into the crumbs until the mixture holds together when squeezed—should feel like damp sand.

    Roll mixture into 12 balls about the size of walnuts, then chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
