Ingredients
- 1.25 lb cod fillets, skin removed, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 cups frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fish or vegetable stock
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 sprigs thyme sprigs (or 1 tsp dried)
