Ingredients

  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 2 portions fresh Korean noodles (or ramen)
  • ¾ cup jarred Korean black bean sauce (chunjang-based)
  • 1 medium potato, diced small
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Boil noodles in salted water until al dente, ~4 minutes. Drain and divide between two bowls.

    Cook ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high, breaking it into small pieces, until no pink remains, ~4 minutes.

    Add diced potato and onion to the pork. Stir and cook until potato softens at the edges, ~2 minutes.

    Pour in black bean sauce and soy sauce. Stir constantly until the sauce coats the pork and vegetables, ~1 minute.
